The Eastham Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 6pm in the Earle Mountain Room, 2500 State Highway, pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Ch. 131, §40 Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Eastham Wetlands Protection By-Law, Article 34, 1980, in order to consider the following:
Continuation of Landscape Proposal Filed by the Eastham DPW. Proposed landscaping of entrance and roadway at property located at Wiley Park Conservation Area, 1400 Herring Brook Road, Map 10, Parcel 001.
Notice of Intent filed by Diane Lim-Herve Husson and John Cannon. Applicant proposes construction of an addition at property located at 55 and 65 Piper Lane, Map 12, Parcel 265 and 266.
Notice of Intent filed by Robert Roach. Applicant proposes vegetation maintenance and removal of two pine trees at property located at 8 Preservation Way, Map 12, Parcel 063.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by Paulo Baltazar. Applicant proposes reconstruction of a boat ramp, dock, ramp, float and stairs at property located at 285 Corliss Way, Map 21, Parcel 042.
Continuation of Notice of Intent Filed by James and Becky Birks. Applicant proposes construction of a dwelling, driveway, septic system, well, grading and landscaping at property located at 20 Keene Way, Map 19, Parcel 043-I.
Request for Certificate of Compliance filed by Robert L. and Edie Lekites for DEP SE 19-1139 for removal of an existing dwelling and construction of a new dwelling and garage, relocating a driveway, grading and landscaping and new septic system at property located at 20 Boat Meadow Way, Map 19, Parcel 013.
Continuation of Notice of Intent filed by John and Elisa DiBari. Applicant proposes installation of sand envelopes, removal of invasive plantings, and sand nourishment at property located at 92 Old State Highway, Map 20, Parcel 116C.
